When will Supertech Capetown's lift woes end?

Two days after the maintenance team of Supertech Capetown, in Sector 74, Noida, claimed to have solved the issues with the two elevators in CMC2 tower, both lift sensors stopped working.

"The maintenance team called in technicians from the elevator company after we lodged a complaint about the lifts in our tower," said Bhupendra Routela, a resident. "After they were done with their work, our maintenance team assured us that there wouldn't be any more problems. Within just two days of their assurance, two sensors stopped working. God forbid, if there is an untoward incident in the society, the maintenance team will be responsible for it."

Residents said despite paying an exorbitant Rs 2.5 per sq ft as maintenance charge, the service they received was abysmal.

When City Spidey contacted Musarrat Liaq, the estate manager of Supertech Capetown, he said they would call the lift-manufacturing company again and ensure that instead of repairing the sensors, they installed new ones.
