Annoyed with bachelor tenants in Supertech Capetown, a residential society in Sector 74, Noida, residents have demanded the maintenance staff to vacate all flats having such tenants from the society.
The demand was triggered by a March 10 incident in Tower CG3, where three tenants had been caught on CCTV camera taking away the intercom handset of the lift. The three tenants stay in flat no. 904 in the tower.
Bhupendra Routela, a resident, told City Spidey, “Bachelors create nuisance in the society. They drink at night, listen to loud music and make noise. We find alcohol bottles in parks and at other places in the society during morning walks.”
When City Spidey spoke to Musarrat Laiq, estate manager of the society, he said that the intercom handset has been recovered but was not working properly. “We’ve imposed a penalty of Rs 10,000 on the three tenants and have given them a notice to vacate the flat,” he added.
