Despite a notice sent on April 13 to remove such structures in Amrapali Zodiac, Sec 120, in seven days, the builder has not done anything about it.
Noida Authority is set to send a final notice to the Amrapali Group regarding the construction of illegal structures in Amrapali Zodiac, a residential project in Sector 120, Noida.
Manawendra Choubey, a resident of the society, told City Spidey, “We met Noida Authority officials regarding the issue and they assured us that the Authority will send a final notice to the builder. If the builder doesn’t remove the unauthorised structures in seven days, the Authority will demolish them.”
"The builder has constructed 14 shops and five kiosks in the green area, which is not in the master plan passed by the Noida Authority," Choubey added.
On April 13, Noida Authority had issued a notice to the Amrapali Group to remove illegally constructed shops at the place originally approved as a green area in the society. But even after two weeks since the notice, the builder has not removed the unauthorised structures from the society.
Shishir Singh, ACEO of Noida Authority, told City Spidey, "The builder has also not submitted the tower-wise report to Noida Authority, which it was supposed to submit by April 15. Noida Authority has issued a warning to the builder to submit its report in a week," he added.
