DLF on April 27 collaborated with State Bank of India to provide quality services to their premium customers and establishing trust among potential ones. The real estate giant is aiming to complete 15 million sq ft to 16 million sqft of the total 18 million sqft area under construction this year.
Speaking to City Spidey, Aakash Ohri, senior executive director of DLF 5, said, “Our association with SBI is aligned with our endeavour to provide an unmatched living experience of global standards right here in Gurgaon. We believe that this association, with SBI as our banking partner, strives to provide ease of convenience to our aspiring residents while ensuring that all necessary finance-related transactions are taken care of seamlessly.”
This agreement will also offer potential customers of both DLF and SBI with a choice of premium products and services by way of specially designed packages, pricing, project tie-ups and loans.
Addressing the conference, Alok Kumar Choudhary, chief general manager, SBI, said, “It is a great moment to partner with India’s largest real estate, DLF. This will also give a boost to the real estate industry by elevating potential customers to actual homeowners, which are in line with our aim of contributing to the growth of the country’s economy.”
