The builders who submitted the report are JP Group, Amrapali Group, Suprtech Limited, Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt Ltd Builders and Unnati Group.

Following Noida Authority’s directions to builders to submit tower-wise completion report of their projects, five builders on May 10 submitted the reports for 14 projects in the city.
Amit Mohan Prasad, CEO of Noida Authority, told City Spidey that the 14 projects’ developers submitted the details of how much they spent on construction of towers, development of common facilities, roads, lifts, landscaping and others amenities. “Some developers have not submitted their reports but they will also submit them soon," he said.
JP Group gave reports for JP Aman, Sector 151, and JP Green Wishtown, Sector 128. Amrapali Group submitted details of Amrapali Platinum, Sector 119, Amrapali Eden Park, Sector 50, Amrapali Zodiac, Sector 120, Amrapali Princely Estate, Sector 76, and Amrapali Sapphire, Sector 45.
Supertech Group submitted details of four residential and one commercial project. The residential projects include Supertech Capetown, Sector 74, Supertech Ecociti, Sector 137, and Supertech Romano, Sector 118. The commercial project is Supertech E-Square, Sector 96.
Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt Ltd Builders provided details of Shubhkamna Tech Homes, Sector 137, while Unnati Fortune Group submitted the report for The Aranya, Sector 119.
On May 5, Noida Authority officers had held a meeting with the members of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI). Prasad had asked builders to submit the report in four days.
So far, Noida Authority officials have held meetings involving 16 residential projects in the city.
