Last week, at a meeting between Greater Noida Authority, CREDAI members and the builders, a timeline was sought from realtors for the delivery of stalled home projects.
Good news for flat buyers of Noida Extension and Greater Noida! Fourteen developers have committed to deliver more than 29,000 flats by the end of this year.
An official from the Greater Noida Authority said, "During last week, the CEO of Greater Noida Authority met CREDAI members and also developers of Noida Extension and Greater Noida. The builders were asked to provide a deadline for the delivery of flats by the end of this year.”
Debasis Panda, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, told City Spidey that the Authority is trying its best to resolve the builder-buyer issues. He added, “Greater Noida Authority officials have also been asked to form a redressal cell for the buyers.”
