Paramount Floraville, Noida: Angry father files FIR

A resident of Paramount Floraville, a residential society in Sector 137, Noida, lodged an FIR against the builder, the maintenance agency and two others for neglecting the safety of residents.

Abhisht Kusum Gupta, a businessman, complained to the police that the accused were not controlling the menace by stray dogs on the society premises despite him taking up the issue with them in the past.

The complainant said that his one-and-a-half-years-old daughter, Sayesha, was bitten multiple times by a group of six to seven stray dogs when she stepped out of her ground-floor home on June 15. She was found bleeding profusely.

He further alleged that the society has three gates that remain open round the clock. Though the builder has deployed private security guards at these gates, they are not able to stop the entry of stray dogs into the society.

He added, “The situation is getting out of hand, as residents are scared to step out. The moment someone gets out of the car, he or she is immediately surrounded stray dogs.”

Surajpur police station in GB Nagar has registered a complaint against Mukesh Agarwal, MD of Paramount group, Animesh of Nimbus Harbor, the private facility management company, and two more individuals under Sections 289, 336 and 338 of IPC.

The police are investigating the matter.
