The builders who did not submit their progress reports as per the timelines agreed upon during the tripartite meetings were served the notice.
Noida Authority on Tuesday issued notices to 24 developers for failing to submit the tower-wise progress report as per the timelines decided in the tripartite meetings.
The following builders received the notices:
An official from the Authority told City Spidey that notices had been served to 24 developers. “We have given them a week to submit their tower-wise reports, failing which the Authority will take strict action against them,” he added.
The tripartite meetings were started in April 2017 and till date 40 such meetings have been conducted. Only a handful of developers have submitted their tower wise reports.
