After visiting several societies and meeting RWAs, the MLA promised to release funds from MLA fund to carry out development work in the region.
Gulab Singh Yadav, MLA Matiala assembly segment, assured the residents and RWAs and managements of various societies at Sector 10, Dwarka, that form part of the constituency that all problems relating to civic amenities would be addressed and resolved soon.
He made the promise on Sunday when he visited different societies in Dwarka, such as Adarsh Arya Apartments, Apna Vila Apartments, IIT Engineers Apartments and Dharm Vihar Apartments.
Gulab Singh Yadav reviewed the state of civic amenities with the different RWAs of the colonies and interacted with the managements and the residents. Residents of other societies too met him and informed about the problems in the area.
A resident of IIT Engineers Apartments, SS Garg told City Spidey that “The MLA assured them that all issues would be sorted out at the earliest. Our society is plagued by water shortage problem arising out of the location, at the tail end. Our management put this problem to him and he assured for solution. Besides, he promised help through MLA fund for carrying out development works in the colony.”
Yadav also promised to open gyms wherever there was a demand and it was feasible. "We want that the area free from problems. I have been meeting the RWAs and managements and the residents of the area every week. I am trying my best to resolve their issues. An amount of up to Rs 4 lakh would be given to the societies from MLA LAD fund to help them,” Yadav told the residents.
Later, he also participated in a tree planting drive.
