FONRWA wants to discuss Noida issues with PM

The federation seeks his help in the stamp duty hike in registration of houses and security concerns in the city.

FONRWA wants to discuss Noida issues with PM Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Noida on April 5

Members of the Federation of Noida RWAs (FONRWA) have sought an appointment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 5, the day he is scheduled to visit Noida. FONRWA has written to the Prime Minister's Office requesting for the meeting.

General secretary of FONRWA, AN Dhawan, said that they wanted a delegation of six members to meet the PM. The letter mentions that the resident body wants his intervention in dealing with the problems Noida residents face. The agenda of the meeting will include the 2 per cent hike of stamp duty for registration of houses and the security concerns in the city.

Though FONRWA has expressed its desire to meet PM Modi, what is astonishing is that the matters they wish to discuss pertain to the state government and do not come under the ambit of the central government.
