Gurgaon: Pilot Courts is now taking its security more seriously

After the recent fracas between the management committee and tenants at Pilot Courts in Essel Tower, the committee has decided to beef up security.

The first on the list are CCTV cameras. “We have already started wiring work for the cameras — it’s almost complete. If we had CCTV cameras that day, the entire truth would have been out,” said Captain SP Sinha, a member of the management committee.

Residents already have ID cards, but the committee now plans to also issue ID cards for frequent visitors.

“We have decided to set up an RFID-facilitated boom barrier, so no vehicles or individuals can enter the premises without the ID card,” added Sinha.

The committee also plans to instal intercom connections.

After the brawl last Friday (August 4), the association called a meeting, where RWA members discussed various issues, including security.
