Opposition party members and parent associations reached the Ghaziabad district magistrate's office this morning and started a protest demanding the arrest of the GD Goenka Public School management in the Armaan Sehgal case.
The police had registered a criminal case against the school management for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, and for destroying evidence under sections 304 and 201 of IPC. Following this, the school filed a petition in Allahabad High Court for quashing the FIR and to grant a stay on the arrest in the case. Armaan's parents are in Allahabad for the hearing of the case.
