Amrapali buyers start another protest outside CMD's house

While protesters outside the developer’s corporate office have completed three consecutive days of an indefinite hunger strike, another group has started a protest of its own.

The annoying silence of the Amrapali Group has further fuelled the ire of protesting buyers. Even as a group of buyers continue with its hunger strike in front of the corporate office of this group in Sector 62, another group of buyers has started another protest today outside the residence of Anil Sharma, chief managing director of the company, in Dayanand Vihar, Delhi.

Buyers complain that the builder has been silent on several issues pertaining to the completion of the projects, despite the ongoing protest.

KK Kaushal, a buyer, confirmed to City Spidey that another delegation of buyers had today started a protest outside the CMD’s residence. He said that buyers had received no assurance from either the builder or the government about the completion of their flats. And until this assurance is given, the protest will continue.
