Greater Noida Authority shall provide completion certificates to seven developer projects within a week.
In the course of a meeting held with developers, officials of the Greater Noida Authority have taken a decision to provide completion certificates to seven real estate projects within a week’s time.
The officials have stated that this move will positively affect around 4,000 home-buyers of Greater Noida and Greater Noida West.
A senior official has shared that Greater Noida Authority’s CEO, Debasish Panda has directed the staff to conduct an inspection of these seven projects within three days and release the completion certificates to the respective developers at the earliest.
“Panda also said that these 4,000 buyers shall get the possession of their flats before Diwali,” the official added.
According to officials from the planning department of GNIDA, thirty five developers from Greater Noida have submitted their files for obtaining completion certificates. “These thirty five developers shall also get their completion certificates before November. However, it shall be preceded by a thorough inspection by the planning department of GNIDA,” an official informed City Spidey.
The list of seven developers who shall acquire their completion certificates in the coming week include Valencia Homes with 789 flats, Arihant Infra Realtors Private Limited with 469 flats, Nirala Housing Private Limited with 988 flats, SJP Infracon Limited with 980 flats, Divyansh Infraheight Private Limited with 354 flats, Exotica Housing and Infrastructure Private Limited with 228 flats and Habitech Private Limited with 494 flats.
