Diwan Singh, a member of the committee tasked with the revival of water bodies, and a resident of Shaman Apartments in Sector 23, said, "Any initiative for revival and protection of water bodies is appreciated. But all efforts should be directed towards a ‘natural’ revival. We are happy that the water body of Sector 23 has shown positive results, especially after the rains. It is full of water and has developed a stable catchment area. I congratulate all residents who worked hard for this.”
