Gurgaon: Sector 46 is now getting ready to host its parties

Spread over a sprawling 1.7 acres, the dilapidated community centre at Gurgaon Sector 46 is now going to be transformed into a club. The decision has come from the RWA who has recently taken over the reins of this property from the MCG. After completing all the repair and restoration work, the RWA intends to install state of the art fittings and modern furniture.

Speaking to City Spidey, Raj Kumar Yadav, RWA President said, “We want to repair and decorate this place, in tune with the latest market trends. We shall also be landscaping the surrounding grounds and growing flowers too. Along with interiors, selection of modern furniture shall be our top priority”

The MCG has also decided to contribute a lakh for the upkeep of the property. The RWA intends to make this club a very affordable place for hosting community events, parties and functions.

“Currently, the residents have been holding their functions at various other venues outside the sector, which are far more expensive. They end up paying almost two to three lakhs for every occasion,” shares Yadav.
