Three dacoits looted a house in Sector 44 in around 3 pm today.

In a shocking incident in Block C, Sector 44, Noida, three dacoits looted a house in board daylight around 3 pm today. The security guard of the nearby house, C 79, Bhanu Kishore Sharma, who tried to intervene and stop them, was shot at in close range by a local-made pistol. 

The guard was taken to the Kailash Hospital in Sector 27, where the doctors were not able to save him. Shyam Sundar Yadav (19), another guard who mans the main gate of the sector, was able to catch hold of one of the criminals who had attacked two women in the house. 

Vinod Dayal, whose house was looted, stays in the rented flat, along with his mother Umi Dayal and wife. Vinod Dayal told City Spidey that his mother was alone in the house while he and his wife left had left for work in morning. 

“My mother Umi Dayal, 80, called me around 2.45 pm and enquired if we had sent a plumber at the house. While she was still on the phone, I heard shouting. I immediately called some neighbours, the guard of a nearby house and a few other people who could immediately rush to help," said Dayal

 

 

In the incident, Umi Dayal, along with their help Savitri Devi, were attacked by the dacoits and seriously injured. 

According to neighbors, two dacoits came in a Santro, and another on a Pulsar. The car had tinted mirrors, and both the vehicles bore Delhi number plates.

SP Noida Police said, "The dacoits had entered the society as plumbers with a plan to rob." The police further said they would act promptly and the criminals would be caught soon.
