After the murder of his child on the premises of Ryan International School, Bhondsi, the father of Pradduman Thakur has now decided to approach the Supreme Court for a CBI probe.

"We are filing a writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. We will pray for a CBI probe. Also, the guidelines under SIT are to be defined for schools and a tribunal is to be formed to take calls on schools that have defaulted," said Sushi Tekriwal, the lawyer of the victim's family.

Speaking to City Spidey, Barun Thakur, the father, said, "There are lapses and missing links in the investigation. The toilet was next to my son's class and he must have shouted. Why were his cries not heard by anyone? The incident could not have been contemplated within 10 minutes. There must have been a past to it."

He further added, "In case we don't take strict action, more people will get encouraged to carry out such crimes."
