Commuters shall have to follow the diversion routes on October 6 and October 8 between 5am and 2pm.
With a view to ensure hassle free traffic at the time of the upcoming Air Force Day parade in Ghaziabad, the city traffic police has issued a set of traffic diversion routes and blockades. The diversions shall be effective on October 6 and October 8 which are essentially the dates for the rehearsal and final performance.
All the vehicles coming from Bhopura towards Hindon Airport will have to take the route from Karan Gate Police Post intersection towards the Bikaner roundabout and then head to their destination via Mohan Nagar.
All vehicles coming from Rajnagar Extension towards Bhopura via Nag Dwar will have to take the route from Karhera and head towards Arthala. After this, they would have to head towards Mohan Nagar after taking a U turn.
No vehicle shall be allowed to ply from Mohan Nagar to Hindon Airport. The diversion shall be effective from 5am till 2pm.
