The third stint of odd-even formula, which comes into force from Monday, will also apply to two-wheelers, government servants, VVIPs and women, according to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) directive issued to the Delhi government today.
The NGT has also ordered the government to automatically implement the odd-even scheme if PM 10 level goes above 500 and PM 2.5 level goes above 300, which will be monitored for 48 hours.
The only exemption allowed is emergency services, such as ambulance and fire tenders.
