Gurgaon: New Police station inaugurated at DLF Phase 5

A state of the art police station was inaugurated on Monday morning by Sandeep Khirwar, Commissioner of Police at Gurgaon’s DLF Phase 5. The police station will have an ACP and an ACP crime along with a cyber cell.

Spread over an area of 1 acre, the police station has ultra modern facilities that include a help desk for handling queries pertaining to residents of DLF.

“The new police station is a reiteration of the commitment of the police force towards our safety and security. We welcome the move,” said Karan Singh, a resident of  DLF5.

Khirwar said, “This is a model police station with state of the art infrastructure that will enable us to do our jobs more effectively and efficiently.” 

Speaking at the inauguration, Aakash Ohri, senior executive director, DLF5 said, “Setting up of a new police station with world class infrastructure has added an extra layer of security to DLF5.”
