The Juvenile Justice Board, Gurgaon, was today scheduled to hear the applications filed by the CBI, the victim's lawyer and the legal counsel of the accused in the Ryan International murder case. The court, however, decided to hear the case on Friday, December 8.

A report on the juvenile's social and psychological development was prepared by a senior clinical psychologist, Dr Joginder Singh Kairo, posted at PGIMS Rohtak. He spent five hours with the child before filing his observations.

The social development report of the child was also filed by the legal-cum-probation officer of the child protection unit.

Both reports have been sealed and submitted to the court.

Speaking to City Spidey, Sushil Tekhriwal, the lawyer representing Pradyuman Thakur's family, said, "The arguments that will take place on December 8 will be significant, as the matter will be heard in its final disposal."

The Juvenile Justice Board has given all stakeholders a final opportunity to be present on Friday, which will be a crucial hearing in the case.
