The judicial custody of the juvenile who was arrested by the CBI for the brutal murder of an eight-year-old boy from Ryan International School, Bhondsi, has now been extended to January 3, 2018. This was pronounced today when the juvenile was produced before the sessions court. The hearing for his bail plea has been reserved for January 6, 2018.
A day after the Juvenile Justice Board had pronounced that the juvenile would be tried as an adult his father had filed a bail plea in the sessions court.
In the meantime, sometime back the Pinto’s (propreitors of Ryan International) had filed an application at the High Court of Panchkula for them to be granted permission to travel abroad. The court heard the plea and has postponed the hearing on the same till January 11, 2018.
The juvenile’s case will now be heard by the Children’s Session Court.
