After the arrest of Shrishti Gupta and her accomplices Imran and Nafees in connection with the murder of Jitendra Mann, an international boxer, a cousin of the deceased has been demanding some hard answers from the woman and the police. After her arrest, Gupta had stated that they had murdered Mann as he was blackmailing and demanding money from her over an obscene video. This reason is now being cross-questioned by the cousin of the deceased.

“Gupta in her interrogation has revealed that my brother [Jitendra Mann] was blackmailing and demanding money from her. How can this be possible when she was being financially helped by Imran?” said Devender Mann, cousin of Jitendra Mann.

He further alleged that police have not been able to recover the phone and obscene video that allegedly led to the murder.

“The reason behind the murder is something else. The police should investigate the case and give us a satisfactory answer. If my brother has made such a video, I request the police to recover it and show it to us,” Devender added.

On January 12, Jitendra Mann had been found dead with bullet injuries in his house at AVJ Heights in Surajpur area of Greater Noida.
