Renovation work at Sadbhavana Apartments, Sector 22, Dwarka, is on in full swing. Repairs, painting, white washing and horticulture work is taking place both inside and outside the society.
JK Sharma, secretary, said, “The front of the society is being white-washed and painted. Our target is to complete work in three months.”
According to SS Mann, member of the executive body, repairs are in their last stage. “Out of the four blocks [A, B, C, D], repair is completed in three. Work on Block C is under progress.”
Mann, who is also in charge of the society's horticulture, said they are planting a lot of trees both inside and around the society to increase the green cover. “We planted more than 100 saplings in our society last year. Along with maintaining these, we are also planting new ones. We have planted trees along the society's boundary walls and the service lanes. We are also maintaining our parks through Delhi Park and Garden Society. We recently planted Ficus panda and gudhal saplings in front of our society.”
