A Delhi Transport Department official announced that they will launch a mobile App named “Delhi Transport” next week.
To make the travel easier for passengers taking buses from all the three ISBTs in Delhi, Delhi Transport Department on Saturday announced that they will soon launch a mobile App capable of giving details of buses.

“The App will provide all the details to inter-state travelers, like departure time, fare and types of buses available to places in neighbouring states,” said Naveen Sharma, an official in Delhi Transport department.
The facility of live status of buses will also be available for all the three ISBTs -Kashmere Gate, Anand Vihar and Sarai Kale Khan.
As per the transport department, more than three lakh passengers take buses every day from three ISBTs in the national capital to travel neighbouring states- Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh etc.
According to the Transport department, over 2,200 inter-state buses operate from three ISBTs. ISBT Kashmere Gate is the largest terminal among the three. It operates around 1,700 inter-state buses every day while Anand Vihar operates 700 inter-state buses.
“The App has been designed to serve as a multi-functional tool to bring various services and facilities of Delhi Transport Department,” Sharma said.
