The lackadaisical approach towards the safety of children was exposed as they flouted the Supreme Court’s directive to avoid the use of iron channels in schools.

A 17-year-old male student’s finger was chopped in iron channel within the premise of a private school in Ghaziabad on Wednesday morning. The boy named Bhavya Sharma was immediately admitted to Yashoda Hospital in a serious condition.

As per recent reports, the boy has been referred to Fortis hospital in Noida.

The lackadaisical approach towards the safety of children was exposed as they flouted the Supreme Court’s directive to avoid the use of iron channels in schools.

The 12th class student was a resident of Avantika colony in Ghaziabad. The boy was admitted to the hospital at 8:30 am in morning.

The relatives and school staffs were present in the hospital as they monitored the progress of health.
