The theft cases from vehicles are increasing day by day in the city and police have already warned people to refrain from parking their vehicles on the roads.

Two cases of theft from parked vehicles in Gurgaon were reported on Saturday.

In the first case, a mobile phone, driving licence and passports were stolen from a car which was parked outside Spaze i-Tech Park in Sector-49. The victim Abhinav Jain had filed a case against the unidentified person.

Jain is a resident of Unitech Residency in Sector-33. He had parked his car on a road in Sector-49. When he returned, he found window of the car in broken state and all the valuables stolen.

The case was registered at Sector-50 police station.

In the other incident, a bag carrying laptop was stolen from a car which was parked outside Paras World School in Sector-50 on Wednesday. At around 12.20 pm, the unknown assailants broke the window of the car and took away the laptop bag.

The case was registered against unidentified person under Section 379 at Sector-50 police station.

Niraj Kumar, a resident of Jind, had gone to the school for immunization and on returning to his car, he found the window broken and his bag gone.
