Residents of the Jaipuriya Sunrise Greens Apartment, Ahinsa Khand -1 in Indirapuram are distraught with the poor maintenance services in the society. According to Ravindra kumar, President of the Apartment Owners Association (AOA), the society is in dire straits despite residents paying a hefty fee to the builder for maintenance every month. The residents want maintenance to be taken care of by the Apartment Owners Association (AOA).
The committee members of the AOA and the residents met Alok Kumar, President, Federation of AOAs, Ghaziabad, and voiced their concern. The residents also demanded a Deed of Declaration (DOD) from the builder.
Ajay Singh, MD of Jaipuriya group, told City Spidey that discussions with Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) on the matter were under way. The builder was willing to hand over all relevant documents to the AOA, once officially recognised.
Considering this, President Alok Kumar wrote a letter to GDA, requesting a conference to resolve the issue on January 8, 2016.
