Two eunuchs in a white Maruti Swift rammed their car into a Maruti SX4 on Mehrauli-Gurgaon road at one on Saturday. When the occupants of the SX4 reacted, the verbal altercation soon turned into a physical attack. The eunuchs smashed the car windows and beat up those inside. The commotion lasted for nearly 15 minutes in police presence.
“We were expecting an apology, but they turned aggressive instead," recounted Prince Kumar, who along with his brother, was returning from the JMD Regent Arcade Mall. "They began using abusive language and when I was resisted they pulled out a baseball bat and smashed the windscreen of my car. They also broke the headlights and physically assaulted me. We have noted down their car registration number and have filed a written complaint at Sector 29 police station."
CPRO Gurgaon police, Hawa Singh, confirmed that an FIR was lodged following the complaint. “They were taken for a medical examination. We have the registration number of the car and will trace it down soon. Necessary action will be taken.”
