UPDATED: 10-year-old girl from I'puram continues to struggle for life

The 10-year-old girl who fell from the 5th floor of a building at Orange County in Indirapuram on Saturday continues to be in critical condition. The clot in her brain has increased by 15-20 percent. However, she is now responding to pain stimulus. As things stand now,  surgery is not required to remove clot in her brain, confirm doctors.

No significant injury to her abdominal organs was found except for a small clot behind kidney. Doctors have also indicated the possibility of an undetected internal source of bleeding in her body, as her hemoglobin level is continuously plummeting.

The unfortunate incident happened when the girl, Pari Gupta, was reportedly playing in the balcony of her house.

The girl was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. But, due her critical condition, she was then referred to Max Hospital where her CT scans were done.

Primary reports revealed that she has received at least five bone fractures in her body.

Both of her legs have also been fractured. A blood clot has also been detected in her head. While the surgery has been started, the second CT scan did not report any significant deterioration.

Police informed that no official complaint has been filed by parents.

When City Spidey contacted parents of the girl, they denied commenting on the incident.
