Here's what Dwarka looked like today morning...

Citizen journalists of Dwarka have sent pictures of waterlogging from across the sub-city to point out — again and again — the failure of the DDA and the municipal corporation.

Here's what Dwarka looked like today morning... The scene just after the Palam flyover

Continuous showers today morning have waterlogged the streets of Dwarka. Commuters are finding it difficult to negotiate areas like Ramphal Chowk, Sectors 7 and 8.

Former RWA president of Sector 8, P Bhel, shared some photographs with City Spidey. He said, “This is a perennial problem here in Sector 8 -- the whole drainage system collapses, even with medium showers. The DDA should be held responsible for what's happening.”

The Rajapuri market area till the signals at Sector 5/6/2/3 was completely waterlogged. There was knee-deep water near Palam Flyover and towards Palam Metro Station. Again, SK Malik, a resident, shared pictures with City Spidey. He said, "The municipal corporation and the DDA have done nothing, as far as drainage infrastructure is concerned."
