Here’s some great news for Sachin Tendulkar’s fans staying in Greater Noida. He is all set to be your new neighbour.
The master blaster had bought a flat in Jaypee Greens in Sector Pi III in his wife Anjali Tendulkar’s name. On Wednesday she visited the registry office of Greater Noida Authority to register the flat. The flat is on the 21st floor of Crescent Court in Jaypee Greens.
Anjali Tendulkar presented the property documents to the registrar Tej Singh Yadav and deputy sub-registrar Mukesh Yadav at the office. According to the prevailing circle rates in Greater Noida, the property is valued at Rs 1,68,00,000. She paid stamp duty on this value and got registry of the flat done.
She was in the office for about 30 minutes and it wasn’t long before rumours of the master blaster staying in GreNo started. Soon a crowd gathered outside the registry office and Anjali Tendulkar had to be escorted out through the back door of the office.
Whether the Tendulkars move into their new property remains to be seen. But there is a good chance that fans will catch a glimpse of the star whenever he is in town.
