Today evening, a fire incident was reported at an under-construction project of ATS Dolce Housing Society Phase 2 in sector zeta, Greater Noida. Three fire tender trucks from Surajpur fire station were pressed to service. Later, another fire truck from the internal firefighting team of the project joined the operations. Thankfully, no injuries were reported at the site.

According to the fire station officer, they were informed of the incident at around 3:30 pm. The rescue operation took three hours and were completed by 6:30 pm.
Sukhram Verma, an official from the firefighting team, told that around 40 labourers were working in the under-construction building at the time of the incident.
Meanwhile, the builder of the project has urged the SSP for an investigation of the incident.
“It is clear that the fire has been caused by the external elements and I want the culprits to be brought to book,” Neeraj Tyagi, project head at ATS Dolce, wrote in his letter to the SSP.
