The Supreme Court on Thursday said that the three Amrapali directors, who have been arrested for not complying with the forensic audit, will be kept under police observation for the next 15 days at Park Assent Hotel at Sector 62 in Noida.

The Amrapali Group is yet to deliver 42,000 pending flats to the buyers.

As per the court’s direction, the group directors Anil Kumar Sharma, Shiv Priya and Ajay Kumar will not be allowed to use any mobile phones or telephones without the permission of the police.

Meanwhile, the top court issued contempt notices to three directors for defying various court orders and sought their reply within four weeks.

As per the information, the Noida police will take the directors to the buildings where the documents would be accessed and will bring them back to the hotel on Friday.

The sealed properties of Amrapali Group in Noida and Greater Noida will be opened from 8 am to 6 pm for cataloguing of documents for the next 15 days. The top court also directed forensic auditors, Ravi Bhatia and Pawan Aggarwal, to complete auditing of the documents within 10 weeks.

Earlier in the day, nine properties of Amrapali Group, spread across Noida, Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh and Rajgir and Buxer in Bihar were sealed.
