Migsun Ultimo is a new project by Migsun Group, earlier known as Mahaluxmi Group, at Greater Noida.
A resident named Vikramjeet Ralhan of Engineers Park Society, located in Sector Omega-1, has filed a police complaint against the builder of Migsun Ultimo and 3 others for duping him of Rs 10 lakh following the cancellation of three flats despite paying the booking amount.
When City Spidey enquired about the incident, the victim, Vikramjeet told us that he had booked three flats in the name of his sister and two other associates through the builder in Migsun Ultimo. At the time of booking, one of the directors, Sachin Bhardwaj, told him that he has to pay Rs 51,000 for these flats as booking amount.
The FIR read, “I was getting messages from the builder even after depositing the said amount. When I contacted one of the directors and informed him about it, he comforted me, saying there is nothing to worry about and asked me to ignore such messages. A few days later, I was asked to give a blank cheque for booking one of the flats. Then all of a sudden, I realised the builder had cancelled the booking of two other flats and booked two new flats against them in the same project. He has duped me of Rs 10 lakh through cheque. When I asked the builder to pay my money back, he started threatening to kill me.”
When we contacted local police to know about their course of action on this matter, one of the officials said, “On the basis of victim’s complaint, we have registered a case of fraud against the builder of the project, Yash Miglani, and three directors - Sunil Miglani, Aman Jain and Sachin Bharadwaj.”
