According to an official of Noida Authority, the certificates have been issued to the various builders in last one month, starting from February 1, 2019 to March 5, 2019.
In a big relief to the buyers waiting for possession of their flats, the Noida Authority has finally issued completion certificates to over 3,000 flats of ten residential projects in the city.

The allocation of completion certificates (CC) means the construction of the building has been completed as per the building map approved by the development authority.
CC is also one of the important certificates for buyers. Without this, they can’t get their registry of the flats done from the concerned authorities.
If we see the reports, CC has been given to 250 flats of Jaypee Infratech Prohect in Sector 134; 249 flats of Jaypee Kosmos society in Sector 134; 377 flats to Jaypee Greens Klassic sector 134; 340 flats Jaypee Aman sector 151; 340 flats to pocket B project in Sector 134; 276 flats to Hyde Park in Sector 78; 395 flats to Capital Infra in Sector 168; 200 flats Eldeco in Sector 119; 76 flats of Sunworld Vanalika Sector 107 and 1084 flats of Loggix builder project in sector 143.
However, over 90 buyers in Gautam Budh Nagar are still going through the same fate as they haven’t bagged their completion certificate.
The flat owners are living in the various societies without having CC and Occupancy Certificate, another important document needed during registry.
Seeing their sufferings, the Noida Authority has also asked some builders to part completion certificates if at all their 30 per cent of the proposed project has been completed.
The part completion certificate has been included recently in the Uttar Pradesh Apartment Act, to facilitate tower wise completion of the projects.
