All the incomplete projects, including Supernova and Ecovillage, are expected to be completed by the end of next financial year.
Good news for all the home buyers who have invested their hard earned money to book a flat in Supertech's projects and are waiting to get the handover of their dream home. The leading real estate group has decided to complete all of its housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida by March 2020.
If sources are to believed, Supertech, which is reeling under a huge financial crunch and relentless protest from the home buyers, has decided to sell its properties to generate revenue to complete the projects.
It has been informed the group has planned to sell out its properties in Noida, Meerut, Rudrapur and Haridwar for this purpose.
As sources have claimed, the group, to begin with, has decided to complete one of its housing project- Supernova in Sector 94, Noida. Supernova was launched several years back but construction work was halted after 70 per cent work was completed.
The real estate group has also decided to complete its another housing project- Supertech Ecovillage. Out of 55 towers, around 15 towers with the same name were left incomplete in Greater Noida West.
As per the information provided to City Spidey, the group has developed around 8500 flats in Eco-Village 2 wherein nearly 2000 flat owners have been given the possession so far.
“We will complete all the 15 towers between April 2019 and March 2020,” said Vikash Bansal, senior project manager of Ecovillage 2.
