The residents of SG Impressions 58, a high rise in Raj Nagar Extension, reorganised their AOA after voting which was held during General Body Meeting on Wednesday.

“Shalini Pundir, Jaswant Singh Rawat and Shashank Shekhar Srivastava have been elected to the board,” Sunil Tyagi, told president of the AOA.
“While Pundir has been given the charge of Vice President, Rawat and Srivastava would be executive members in the AOA,” informed Tyagi.
Speaking upon the new vision with the new members, Tyagi told City Spidey that development work is in the agenda of the AOA.
“Soon, we would renovate the shafts of the building which are in dilapidated state. Also, we would remove interlocking tiles from the ground and level it with RCC instead,” Tyagi said.
Few days ago, the AOA received a notice from Ghaziabad Development Authority regarding flouting of the guidelines laid out by the Supreme Court (SC) for maintenance of green cover and commercial activity in the society.
The builder has allegedly converted most of the green cover of the society into an open parking. Also, a bank is being operated inside the society, which is prohibited as per a SC ruling.
Reacting on this, Tyagi said that AOA is drafting the reply to GDA and in the meantime, have asked the builder to produce the complete map of the society.
