Indirapuram police is looking for identity of severely injured child who was found in unconscious state near Radisson Hotel in Kaushambi on Wednesday.

Police said that owner of a nursery spotted the child and informed them around 5 pm. “With multiple injuries on his face, the child was lying unconscious in bushes of a nursery near the hotel,” told Sharad Kant, Incharge of Kaushambi police post.

“His eyes were swollen and he was breathing heavily,” Kant added.

Police rushed the child to a hospital where he was admitted in critical condition. “However, his condition is stable now, vitals are functioning normal,” informed Kant.

The child appears to be a 3-4 years old and police is yet to identify him and contact his parents. They have circulated messages on Whatsapp and other social media platforms.

“The child is in trauma and can't talk to us. Till the time he recovers, we are flashing messages through different means to establish contact with his parents. Meanwhile, we are also trying to go through records to check if a missing report of a child was registered in police stations of Ghaziabad,” Kant said.

“I would also like to appeal through City Spidey's platform that if anyone know this child, kindly contact Indirapuram police station or get in touch with me at 9910070781,” Kant appealed.
