The cooler was installed by Helping Hand – a group of social workers –for the benefit of residents, domestic helps and staff of the society.
A group of social workers from voluntary organization, Helping Hand, on Saturday installed a water cooler and purifier at Dhawalgiri Apartments, a residential society in Block-B, Sector 34, Noida, for the benefit of residents, domestic helps and staff of the society.
Explaining the purpose of installing the water cooler, Rajni Kataria, president of Helping Hand, which is a group of social workers, said that due to scorching heat, everyone needs cold drinking water. “This water cooler will especially help maids and house helps during the hot weather. The maintenance of this cooler will be taken care of by residents,” said Rajni.
On the occasion, KK Jain, president of the society’s RWA and various members were present. These include Poonam Jain, Renu Anand, Ritu Upadhya, Pawan Katariya, Ravi Saxena, KK Bhatia, Girish Govil, Dharmendra Sharma, Devind Kumar, SK Singhal, KC Shrivastava, Pradeep Singh and Gautam Bhartiye.
While appreciating the work carried out by Helping Hand, KK Jain said that the installation of water cooler during this season will greatly benefit everyone. “This is going to be especially useful for maids and other staff members working in the society,” he added.
