UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is soon going to introduce a single window system which will help in better coordination among different authorities for smooth functioning of the work.

The buyers will also be benefitted out of this. Builders will also get completion and occupancy certificates well within time.
The buyers across Delhi-NCR and other states are fed up with the builders. RERA was established with an objective to address the issues of the buyers.
The officials from RERA informed that am advisor will be appointed for the single window system. All the authorities in the state will be connected through this single window system.
“Various documents are required for making registration in RERA. Builders will be applying through the single window system. Then, the authorities will be issuing certificates through this medium. This will help in timely resolution of the processes,” said an official.
