Delhi Metro Rail Corporation is taking feedback from commuters, asking them whether they want announcements made inside the trains to be curtailed.
Three months after curtailing the number of passenger announcements made inside the trains on its Magenta Line on a trial basis, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has now decided to take feedback from the commuters whether to introduce the same practice on all other lines or not.
The feedback or suggestion by commuters can be submitted on DMRC’s official website – www.delhimetrorail.com (by visiting the link http://delhimetrorail.com/form-main-feedback.aspx).

The feedback can be given till May 31.
DMRC will then go through all the suggestions and decide whether the number of announcements need to be kept to bare minimum for the convenience of passengers or they should be retained as it is.
