Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is all set to visit Gautam Budh Nagar on Friday to review various development works of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway Authorities. The officials said that the CM will also hold a meeting with traders, builders and home buyers to discuss their problems.
As per the official information, the CM is scheduled to arrive at Greater Noida around 3 pm. “The CM would review the performance of the three local authorities - Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Expressway Authority,” said an official.
“During the visit, the CM is also likely to discuss the progress at the Jewar Airport work. A global tender for which was floated recently to hire a developer,” official added.
Keeping in mind that commuters do not face tough time due to chief minister’s visit in the city, the Noida traffic police has issued an advisory informing the public about likely diversions in the evening.
In its advisory, traffic police has mentioned the possibility of traffic diversion on the stretches between Depot Metro Station and Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, and on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway till DND from 7pm due to VVIP movement in the area and advised the public to use alternative route to avoid inconvenience.
“Traffic may be diverted on the stretches between Depot Metro Station and Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, and on the Expressway till DND from 7 pm as per need. Use alternative routes to avoid any inconvenience,” it said in a statement.
