Amid big housing projects that are stuck across Delhi-NCR, one more gets added to the 'pending' list and that is Park Spacio, located in Gurugram's Sector 37D. Launched by BPTP in the year 2010, it is a 23-acre housing society.
The aggrieved home buyers, who were promised by the developer to hand over their flats in December 2016, are yet to get the possession of their 'dream homes'.
According to a report published in Times of India, only 60 per cent of the total project has been completed and the deadline is being extended every 6 months.
Flat owners have alleged that they have already paid 90 per cent of the money but they are not getting any assurance from the builder regarding its completion and possession.
If this was not enough, the fight between the contractor and the developer related to payment issue has resulted in halting of construction work. This has also become a big concern for home buyers.
However, responding to the TOI regarding the matter, vice president (marketing & customer service) of BPTP, Rohit Mohan said that the project is registered with RERA Panchkula. He added saying that it is in the final stage so they will be able to deliver the flats to the troubled home buyers within 6 to 8 months.
