Residents said that the current maintenance team has time and again failed to meet the demand and it should be replaced with new one.
Agitated with the poor services, residents of Green Arch, a high rise in Greater Noida West, on Sunday demanded improvement from the management.
Several tenants reached out to office of the management and put forward their demands.
They said that the current maintenance team has time and again failed to meet the demand and it should be replaced with new one.
Their second demand was to strengthen security of the society. Residents said they were not satisfied with the current security system and hence it needs to be replaced with new one.
Naval Singh, one of the resident said, “Security management is very poor in the society and it’s been long that we have been raising this issue. We have demanded to make the security services professional.”
Civic problem was another issue which the residents raised during their protest. Residents also demanded revival of greenery inside the society.
“We have raised several issues which need to be given immediate attention from the management. All these issues which have been raised are genuine and they must listen to us. If they do not respond to our demands, we will be forced to launch mega protest,” Singh added.
