The buyers are also expected to demand that the government should provide relief by ordering to stop the bank loan EMIs till they get possession at the stalled projects.
Agitated home buyers, who have been affected by the delay in possession of flats in Noida Extension, have decided to stage a protest at 3 pm at Jantar Mantar on June 29. All the protesters are suffering due to delay in possession for a long time now.
"The protest, which will be spearheaded by Noida Extension Flat Owners Association (NEFOWA), will have people who have booked flats in projects of Amrapali, Rudra Buildwell, RG Luxury, Supertech and Jaypee and many more," said Shweta Bharti, general secretary of NEFOWA.
The buyers alleged that these projects have either been stalled or work progress has been very slow.
As the budget is expected to be presented next week, flat buyers will be demanding from the government to arrange stress funds for the completion of these projects.
