A talk on health and longevity for elderly people was organised by Seniors Hub Dwarka, a social organisation for aged men and women, on Friday at their premises located in Sector 19. The programme was jointly supported by HelpAge India.
Speakers Anil Chopra and Puneet Tiwari highlighted the topic through their own model, suggesting nine ways to live longer. These were- food, sleep, de-stress, attitude, relationships, movement, incorporating ecosystem, spirituality, awakening and liking.
People across the sector attended the talk and interacted with the speakers. President of Seniors Hub, RK Jain, while welcoming the members and speakers stressed the need for a healthy and long life in the present circumstances.
General secretary of Seniors Hub, Ravi Jaitley, thanked the HelpAge India’s representatives and the gathering present there.
Informing that the next session will take place on July 5, Jaitley told City Spidey said that such talks would continue periodically.
