Mount debris collected at the backyards of the Green Arch is becoming the reason of concern for all the residents. They claimed that several complaints have been made to the Greater Noida Authority and politicians of the region. However, the situation has remained the same for weeks.

Residents claimed that the vacant land has turned into a dumping site as every day more than five to six trolleys dump debris and waste at the plot. With monsoon season knocking at the city's doors, residents are afraid that the waste would cause trouble for them.

Naval Singh, a resident of Green Arch claimed that members of other societies are also affected by the dumping. “The area where waste is being dumped is known as the green area of the authority and waste can not be dumped in a green area. However, the authority officials seem to not to pay any attention,” Singh said.

The other residential societies in the region are—Himalaya Pride, Cher County, La Residentia, Amrapali Dream Valley, Fursion Home and others.

The residents also claimed that there are three big schools located in the area and school children may face trouble in the coming future if garbage starts rotting. "Waste which is being dumped here, comes from nearby areas and markets and illegal shops," Singh further added.
