Residents of MSX Alpha Homes in Greater Noida are a hassled lot. Their grouse is that despite paying service charges, they are getting dirty water to drink. The water they are supplied is so dirty that even reverse osmosis (RO) systems installed in the society ceased to purify it.
Consequently, the residents of the society are forced to buy bottled water.
A resident, Vikas Gaurang, told City Spidey that it has been more than 48 hours since they have been getting this dirty water. Repeated complaints to the Greater Noida Authority yielded no result.
Another resident, Pramod Saxena, said that they even approached the builder with the problem but he too did not do anything in this regard.
When contacted by City Spidey, ACEO of Greater Noida Authority, PC Gupta, admitted that they have received complaints from the residents of MSX Alpha Homes and a team from the authority has already been sent to the society to sort out the problem.
